明亮持久的信号,用于灵敏检测 NanoLuc® 萤光素酶
-
Nano-Glo®Luciferase Assay System (Nano-Glo® 萤光素酶检测系统 ) 使用简单,仅需一个加样步骤,即能在 NanoLuc® 萤光素酶作用下产生辉光型信号,发光信号在常用培养基中的半衰期大约为 120 分钟。
该试剂由 Nano-Glo®Luciferase Assay Substrate (Nano-Glo® 萤光素酶检测底物 ) 和 Nano-Glo®Luciferase Assay Buffer(Nano-Glo® 萤光素酶检测缓冲液 ) 混合而成,并整合有裂解缓冲液成分,可直接用于检测表达 NanoLuc® 萤光素酶的细胞或分泌了萤光素酶的培养基。
