课程概要


1. NanoLuc® gained popularity for BLl due to its small size and superior bioluminescence performance (viral, deep tissue, extracellular vesicle, etc)
2. The newly optimized fluorofurimazine (FFz) substrate display good solubility and bioavailability, and compatible with diverse injection methods.
3. NanoLuc® reporters based on BRET method enhanced deep tissue imaging (Antares, ReNL, etc)

4. NanoLuc® /FFz is orthogonal with Fluc/luciferin derived systems, allowing for two-population BLl
5. Antares/cephalofurimazine(CFz) provide a new BLl solution in brain.
