Storage Conditions: Store all components at –30°C to –10°C. Reconstituted Luciferin Detection Reagent is prepared by adding thawed Reconstitution Buffer to the Luciferin Detection Reagent. When reconstituted, Luciferin Detection Reagent can be stored at room temperature (22°C–25°C) for 24 hours or at –30°C to –10°C for 3 months with no loss of activity. Best results are obtained by freezing the reconstituted Luciferin Detection Reagent in single-use aliquots.
